Is there a performance fee?

No. $999/mo flat for medical and dental. No performance fees, no per-provider add-ons, no patient cap.

Is RexRuby HIPAA-compliant?

A signed Business Associate Agreement is included with every plan. Voice is locked to OpenAI's realtime models. xAI Grok is off by default for every HIPAA org, because Grok offers no HIPAA BAA for call audio. Every outbound message is screened for PHI before it sends. Full detail is on the Shield page.

Is RexRuby SOC 2 certified?

A SOC 2 audit is in progress. We say that plainly rather than claim a certification that does not exist yet. The HIPAA controls described on the Shield page are live today either way.

Can I cancel anytime?

Does Rex integrate with my EHR or PMS?
